Open Materials Mode is a software feature that unlocks the ability to print with third-party and custom resin materials on compatible Formlabs printers, providing control over critical print parameters such as layer time and UV exposure.

This mode is required for customers who want to use their Formlabs dental printer with Pac-Dent Rodin resins, Lucitone materials, or other validated third-party materials that are not natively supported within the standard Formlabs material library. Select your compatible printer model at checkout.
