1. About the iDD Shop

The iDD Shop at idd.shop is a specialist dental technology store operated by the Institute of Digital Dentistry group of companies. We distribute 3D printers, intraoral scanners, resins, milling systems, software, and related consumables to dental practices across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

The Shopify store platform is operated under Institute of Digital Dentistry Limited (New Zealand, NZBN 9429046014429). The entity that is the seller of record for your purchase depends on your market:

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. Errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market. Australian customers see AUD, New Zealand customers see NZD, and Canadian customers see CAD. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For capital equipment purchases, many orders are processed through a formal quote rather than a standard checkout. Quoted prices are subject to the price variation provisions in the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale for your market.

5. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order through the iDD Shop constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment is due in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale for your market. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store credit card details on our own servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All iDD Shop orders are fulfilled via DHL Express international airfreight, shipping directly from manufacturers. Delivery timeframes, freight charges, customs handling, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy at idd.shop/policies/shipping-policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy governs all return, exchange, and refund requests for products purchased through the iDD Shop. This policy is published at idd.shop/policies/refund-policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns and Exchanges Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country.

8. Accuracy of Information

All content published on the iDD Shop, including product descriptions, images, brand assets, written materials, and the compilation of the site, is the property of Institute of Digital Dentistry or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Product images and descriptions sourced from manufacturers remain the intellectual property of the respective brands and are used under licence.

11. Feedback

If you submit, post, or otherwise provide any feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, or other content through the Services ("Feedback"), you grant iDD a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
