Description
The SprintRay APEX Flex Partial Base Resin is a flexible, high-strength material engineered for fabricating removable partial denture bases and frameworks. Powered by NanoFusion technology, it delivers a rare combination of toughness and flexibility: flexural strength over 25 MPa supports strong clasps that hold up under chewing forces, while 50% elongation at break allows the prosthetic to flex naturally without cracking during insertion or removal.
A flexural modulus of over 700 MPa provides the structural rigidity needed for reliable long-term prosthetic performance. Available in Standard Pink and Light Pink. Compatible with SprintRay printers and integrates into fully digital denture workflows. Supplied in a 500g bottle.
