Description
KeyCast is a 3D printing resin formulated for the production of investment casting patterns in dental laboratory workflows. It is designed to burn out cleanly during the casting process, leaving no residual ash, and is compatible with a range of alloys including chrome, cobalt, gold, and silver.
The low-shrinkage formula controls thermal expansion to support pore-free, dimensionally accurate castings with reliable margin reproduction. KeyCast is compatible with both rapid burnout and gradual temperature ramp protocols, offering flexibility across different laboratory casting setups. Well suited for crowns, copings, frameworks, and partial denture components.
