KeyOrtho Model is a biocompatible resin developed specifically for orthodontic study model production. It is formulated to deliver excellent detail reproduction, smooth surface finish, and reliable dimensional accuracy, making it well suited for aligner fabrication, appliance design, and diagnostic model workflows.
The high-strength, low-expansion formula ensures that printed models maintain their shape through thermoforming procedures and repeated handling. KeyOrtho Model is compatible with digital model production processes and integrates easily into fully digital orthodontic workflows using DLP and LCD printing platforms validated for the KeyPrint ecosystem.
