The unit uses a custom high-intensity UV-A LED engine that provides up to 25× more light power than legacy curing devices, ensuring rapid and thorough polymerisation of dental 3D-prints.

Pro Cure 2 reduces post-cure times by up to tenfold compared to traditional curing, enabling some appliances like nightguards or surgical guides to be fully cured in as little as 3–5 minutes — a major advantage for chairside or same-day workflows.

Instantaneous heat generation at the part surface avoids the need for a pre-heating phase and promotes deeper polymer cross-linking, resulting in improved mechanical strength, reduced residual monomer content, and enhanced biocompatibility.

A scanning light engine delivers uniform 360° exposure across the curing chamber, ensuring consistent curing even for complex geometries and multiple parts in a batch — critical for full-arch frameworks, full-denture bases or multiple appliances.

Dual-zone curing with a removable glass tray gives flexibility for batch processing or small-volume jobs, making either high-throughput lab production or low-volume chairside manufacturing efficient without compromising quality.

An onboard touchscreen interface, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a Live Materials Library ensure that curing profiles remain up-to-date with new resin releases — reducing manual setup and minimising risk of under-cure or over-cure across different materials.

The system’s design emphasises thermal management: internal convection and passive cooling keep the external surfaces safe to touch while maintaining consistent interior curing temperatures, protecting both user safety and curing integrity.
