The Vortex screw is engineered specifically for polymeric restorations, including PMMA and 3D-printed resin prostheses secured directly to a multi-unit abutment. Its 2.2mm tapered head with curved radius profile reduces stress concentration through polymer materials, improving long-term reliability. Maximum torque: 15 Ncm. Vortex T5 Driver required.

Genuine Vortex Screw. Max Torque 15 Ncm
The Vortex screw is designed for polymeric restorations, enabling PMMA and 3D-printed resin prostheses to be secured directly to a multi-unit abutment.
It features a 2.2 mm head with tapered sides and a curved radius profile, designed to improve force distribution through polymer materials and reduce stress concentration.
The Vortex represents the first of a new generation of screws developed specifically for polymer-based restorations.
